Emily is currently pursuing a degree in Project Management through Arizona State University’s online program, using her education and experience to support employee development and the company’s long-term growth.
Demi is the CEO of Ogon Opportunities. She has a background in graphic design and studied Criminology with a Minor in Psychology. Driven by a desire for financial freedom and generational success, Demi turned her focus toward entrepreneurship. Since joining the business in July 2024, Demi has successfully trained and managed a team of 15 individuals and was promoted to ownership in October 2025. With the new skills she has learned from the business, she now focuses on developing high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture, and helping others unlock their full potential.
Anais is a Senior Account Manager who joined the team in July 2025. She is a graduate of Bard College, where she earned an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. She brings a strong drive for growth and a results-oriented mindset to every client relationship. Thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments, Anais excels at navigating complex challenges and turning them into strategic opportunities. Known for her ability to build meaningful connections, she prioritizes understanding client needs and delivering thoughtful, high-impact solutions. Whether leading accounts or collaborating across teams, Anais approaches her work with enthusiasm, precision, and a commitment to creating lasting value.
